Women's Gathering // Full Moon in Libra

  • Yelapa Mexico

Wild Soul Women's Gatherings are coming to Yelapa!

Join Rachael Alaia from Wild Soul Wellness for some fun, sensual inspired movement, and embodied meditation, and a full moon wild-woman roundtable discussion.

First, we will sit and bring ourselves to the space. As a shamanic practitioner and earth educator, it is my intention to create a safe space for us all to show up authentically and unapologetically as sovereign beings, grounded in our feminine power. There, we will remember what it's like to gather together as women, just as our ancestors have until the beginning of time.

We will get our bodies moving a little. I will guide you through a physical meditation of sound and rhythm. As a yoga and dance teacher, it is my intention is to pray with my body's movement, and I will invite you to do the same. This will be a fabulous opportunity to return to the intelligence of your body and the healing power of music.

Then we'll move into the wisdom council portion of the evening, where we will all have a chance to practice the art of deep listening and the act speaking our truth. This month, we dive into the deep waters of Pisces and the emotional experience of a woman. We will be examining the healing power of emotional alchemy and looking at how the element of water, through the cyclical ebb and flow of nature, can heal and purify us from within.

You are invited to come together in sisterhood. Come wearing something comfortable to move in. Please arrive at 6pm for a 6:30 circle opening. Arrive fed, as there will only be tea and water served.

Who is your guide?

Hello... My name is Rachael. I am a truth seeker and a wild child. As an educator, mentor, and healer, I draw from a blend of ancient tradition and modern knowledge as magic for the soul and medicine for the planet. I hold a Master of Arts in Environmental Education and have studied movement and creative arts for over a quarter of a century. A practioner of yoga for over ten years and a teacher for the last three, I know firsthand the healing powers of yoga. I bring a unique understanding and lived experience of psychology, shamanic mysticism, ecology, storytelling, and community building to the work I do. I hope you can join me for a WIld Soul Wellness experience!
