THINGS THAT FEEL TRUE FOR ME
“The land knows you, even when you are lost.”
- Robin Wall Kimmerer
Wild nature is inherently regenerative—from the broader macrocosmos we exist within to the microcosmic wisdom contained within each one of us.
Healing arises when we are provided a supportive environment to feel what we feel and know what we know.
Authentic joy can co-exist alongside heartbreak.
Liberation is not a solo endeavor and our capacity for wellness is always mutually intertwined within the web of all our relations.
THE WORK I AM OFFERING IS
A curiously critical and experiential inquiry of the age of the Anthropocene, rooted into the complex integrity of the body and the land.
MY WORK SUPPORTS FOLKS IN
Utilizing somatic awareness, ecological sentience, and experiential inquiry for personal and planetary healing.
Forging reciprocal connections and relationships—with their bodies, their closest of kin, their communities, the Earth, and the more-than-human world.
Honoring the joys, metabolizing the losses, and crafting beauty in the mess of what this thing called being human has to offer.
Dropping into a sense of agency, responsiveness, and resilience in the face of an uncertain and precarious future together, here on Earth
